RAPID CITY, S.D. – Established business owners and entrepreneurial hopefuls recently turned out for two free small business seminars sponsored by the $483 million Black Hills Federal Credit Union. Kevin Tiede, business lending manager at BHFCU and Matt Dahl, investment advisor at Black Hills Financial Services, BHFCU's CUSO, were joined by representatives from the Small Business Administration, Small Business Development Center, and Black Hills Community Economic Development. The featured speakers offered insight into lending options and asset protection for small business owners, according to the credit union. Each seminar was intended to assist local entrepreneurs interested in starting or expanding their own small business.
