OSI Updates eCommerce Suite

GLASTONBURY, Conn. – Open Solutions Inc., a processor popular with large credit unions, has launched its latest version of its eCommerce Banker, which features Internet banking and cash management. The three most notable enhancements include Account Reconciliation, Dynamic Alerts, WirePost, and Quick Enroll. The first three are primarily for business accounts. The Account Reconciliation module is designed to deliver comprehensive automated reconciliation services to a business’ desktop enabling the business to significantly reduce the time spent reconciling statements and errors from manual reconciliations. Dynamic Alerts is a personal alerts and one-to-one marketing module, which allows a financial institution to generate automated messages based on a user’s profile, financial activity, or system conditions WirePost is an end-to-end Web based back office wire automation solution designed to automate the posting of incoming and outgoing wire transfers whereas Quick Enroll is designed to automate the traditionally manual process of enrolling online users. Additional enhancements include migration to Windows 2003, integration with Open Solutions’ middleware – Channel Management CenterTM, expansion of the e-Statement functionality, and Gramm Leach Bliley Act compliance.
