OMAHA, Neb. – The Nebraska Credit Union League said its service corporation has signed up with Accel Members Financial Management of Farmington Hills, Mich. to offer financial education counseling services for member CUs. Accel said the linkup with the Nebraska League would be the fifth such state league affiliation. The Nebraska League said the program would “significantly reduce charge off and bankruptcy by more than the cost of the program by providing options for members who are struggling financially.” The Accel program, said the League, enhances “our ongoing financial literacy efforts.”
