SPARTA, Mich. – COWWW Software got the nod for Best of Show winner by the CUNA Technology Council during CUNA Future Forum in Hawaii. The Sparta, Mich.-based provider of Web-based archiving and document-distribution solutions has been gaining traction lately with credit union client signings, and the award, presented Oct. 25, was given to the exhibitor that has demonstrated a commitment to delivering technology that will enhance the growth of products and services in the credit union marketplace. Jim Morrell, chairman of the CUNA Technology Council, said COWWW was chosen for its general credit union appeal, platform- and core processor- independent technology and Web-based, open architecture that runs on a SQL server database. "We thought what COWWW offers seems to be electronically in tune with what credit unions should be offering in providing efficient services to their members," said Morrell, vice president of IS at IQ Credit Union in Vancouver, Wash.
