I thoroughly enjoyed Mike Welch's Oct. 13 column, "At Times Even Some Banks Where a White Hat." Like Mike, I too have received some great service from banks. Even large banks will occasionally have a great branch or some great employees. And believe it or not, I've had lousy service...

I thoroughly enjoyed Mike Welch's Oct. 13 column, "At Times Even Some Banks Where a White Hat." Like Mike, I too have received some great service from banks. Even large banks will occasionally have a great branch or some great employees. And believe it or not, I've had lousy service from credit unions.
