MONETT, Mo. – Jack Henry & Associates’ image exchange processing network is now fully operational. The company, a provider of card and core processing services (including Symitar), said Wednesday that its Check 21 Image Exchange Network began processing live check images on Oct. 14, beginning with an Oklahoma bank. The company’s Check 21 solutions include an image exchange network, cash letter and exception processing module, providing access to such clearing services as CheckClear’s Endpoint Exchange Network and the National Clearing House’s (NCHA) settlement system. “In addition to developing our suite of Check 21 software solutions, we launched a series of initiatives that continue to help our bank and credit union clients refine their working knowledge of Check 21, accurately assess the legislation’s enterprise-wide impact, and proactively implement the operational changes required for compliance on October 28,” including a Check 21 Website and Webinars, says Tony Wormington, president of JHA.
