WESTBROOK, Me. – “Less fees, great taste,” was the theme for the 5th annual Taste the World event hosted by the Maine Credit Union League in honor of International Credit Union Week. A few of the countries represented included Nepal, Ireland, Mexico, and England. In addition to offering a tasty way to ring in ICU Week, the event raised nearly $200 for the Maine CUs’ Campaign for Ending Hunger, a campaign that has raised more than $1.53 million to end hunger in Maine since 1990.
