LOWELL, Mass. - In a bid to differentiate itself from the competition, Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union is rolling out a Legendary Service program that accentuates its personal dedicated member service. The premise of the internal program is to recognize employees for their service excellence. Beginning January 1st, each branch lobby will display the seven Service Promises associated with the program and members will be mailed surveys to collect feedback on their recent experiences with JDCU. Mystery shoppers and internal surveys round out the new efforts to ensure consistent high service quality levels. To generate buzz and reinforce the new initiative, JDCU has also teamed up with Mansfield, Massachusetts-based advertising agency Vantage Consulting to create a new logo with a special tagline JDCU-Providing Service as Legendary as Our Name. "When it comes to providing our members with legendary service, our employees are the most important piece of the puzzle. No matter what we do with the products, no matter how incredible our rates, our employees are the key to our success," said JDCU President/CEO Paul R Mayotte. "It's our philosophy. It's our anthem."
