HERNDON, Va. – DigitalMailer is proving e-statements are for real. The firm said it has now produced more than one million electronic statements for its client credit unions. The electronic statements, alerts and survey company, one of the first targeting the credit union space, now serves credit unions with combined membership exceeding one million members and assets of more than $9 billion. Ron Daly, a former Northwest FCU executive who founded DigitalMailer in early 2000, says member adoption of e-statements continues to increase, and that “our clients have succeeded in turning their members’ e-mail addresses into strategic contact points, while finding new ways to interact with members via e-mail addresses every day.”
