MADISON, Wis. – PLANet for Credit Unions, an Internet-based tool designed for credit unions to help meet regulatory requirements for business continuity planning and disaster recovery, is now being endorsed by CUNA. PLANet is a product from Strohl Systems, a business continuity firm. CUNA will also endorse and recommend the following consulting services from Strohl Systems: plan development, plan testing, plan evaluation, plan conversion, facility evaluation, and recovery readiness and review. PLANet was the recipient of the CUNA Technology Council Best of Show award at the 2003 Future Forum. It is designed to help meet growing audit and regulatory requirements from the NCUA and FFIEC. Currently 350 CUs use PLANet.
