PASADENA, Calif. – Wescom Credit Union has tapped Wayne, Pennsylvania-based human resource solutions provider Kenexa to help automate its recruiting process. The $2.7 billion credit union is counting on the Kenexa Recruiter Express software to simplify the recruiting process for all of its open positions. Web-based, Kenexa Recruiter is delivered as either a fully hosted ASP solution or implemented on-premise behind a company's firewall. Kenexa Recruiter can be seamlessly integrated with all major human resource information systems. "Wescom is in a growth mode and opens an estimated three to four new branches a year," said Wescom CU Vice President of Human Resources Michelle Esser. "We needed a recruiting solution that could manage our annual applicant growth backed by a company that would be responsive to our needs."
