PEORIA, Ill. – CEFCU has raised $50,500 during a year-long Children's Miracle Network campaign to benefit the Children's Hospital of Illinois at OSF St. Francis Medical Center. Funds raised will be used to purchase new neo-natal and pediatric equipment, support an in-house school for patients, maintain a parent support fund, and finance research. Fundraising efforts ranged from casual dress days and plant sales, to CEFCU donating $1 for each new savings account opened during the month of December. In addition, CEFCU sponsored "An Evening With Jim Thome" Sports Auction, which was a huge success.
