PORTLAND, Ore. – Western Reliance Corporation, a collateral protection insurance and tracking systems provider, has named JoLee Conver chief operating officer. Conver has over 25 years of experience working with financial institutions in various customer service-oriented positions. She will oversee all operational activities including insurance tracking, customer service, claims and compliance. In addition, Conver will be responsible for monitoring and streamlining operations to ensure quality client service. In her spare time, Conver says she enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, and watching the greatest American pastime-baseball.
