COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Ent Federal Credit Union helped hundreds of members shred their identity theft worries away. The third "Paper Shred" event was a success as members took advantage of the free service to dispose of such personal financial documents as check registers, credit card statements and receipts. "We know cases of identity theft are increasing at an alarming rate," said Ent FCU Senior Vice President of Communications/Development James Moore. "That's why we are happy to offer our members the opportunity to destroy sensitive materials at these shred days and to sponsor semi-annual identity protection seminars to help members learn how to guard against identity theft."
