Empire Corporate Federal Credit Union, Albany, N.Y., has appointed Scott D. Lovelock, vice president, associate general counsel. Maine Credit Union League, Westbrook,has elected the following officers to its board: EMMC FCU President/CEO Ralph Ferland,chair; Rainbow FCU President/CEO Phil Moreau vice chair; Five County CU President/CEO Richard Dupuis, secretary; and Knox County FCU President/CEO A. Bosica treasurer. In addition, St. Joseph’s CU President/CEO Luke Labbe and Midcoast FCU President/CEO Gail Richardson have been elected board directors. Navy Public Works Center Federal Credit Union, Virginia Beach, Va., has elected the following officers to its board: Kathy Busby, chair; Dino Webb, first vice chair; Mary L. Baeumel, second vice chair; Neal P. Sivakumar, treasurer; and William Landon, secretary. In addition, Jim Long and Russel Gettier have been elected board directors. For their long-term service Ward Green and John C. Barns Sr. were named emeritus members of the board and act as ex-officio directors. Constitution State Corporate Credit Union, Wallingford, Conn., has elected the following officers to its board: George V. MacDonald chairman; Steven E. Ravin, vice chairman; Gary M.
