PORTLAND, Ore. – Mortgage technology veteran Larry Oberhaus has joined electronic documents manager SwiftView Inc. in the newly created position of major accounts manager. Oberhaus will be representing the Portland-based company's Web-based SwiftSend LoanDocs solution to large venders in the southwestern United States, said company President Steve Bacheler. Oberhaus was vice president of sales and marketing for the past three years at Provantedge Technologies, a loan-management solution provider. Prior to that, he spent eight years as a senior sales representative for INTERLINQ Software Corp. He also had worked for Freddie Mac's Loan Prospector Group. Oberhaus has presented at numerous mortgage industry events and has published articles on topics ranging from mortgage technology and automated underwriting, to business-to-business Web connectivity and decisioning technology.
