Baglioni have been elected board directors. Raritan Bay Federal Credit Union, Sayreville, N.J., has elected the following officers to its board: Stanley M. Scibek, chairman; Edward J. Mandel, Jr., 1st vice-chairman; John B. Hospidor, 2nd vice-chairman; John S. Szuba, secretary; and Thomas J. O'Shea, treasurer. In addition, Raritan Bay FCU has named Daniel Peters and Thomas Weinmann board directors.
