RICHMOND, Va. – Petersburg City Employees Federal Credit Union has merged into Virginia Credit Union. Prior to the merge Petersburg City Employees FCU served 2,200 members and had $5.3 million in assets. Virginia CU has $1.2 billion in assets and serves 154,789 members.
