DALLAS – TNB Card Services, the card services arm of credit union-owned Town North Bank, has been declared one of Dallas' Best Places To Work by the Dallas Business Journal. The recognition salutes TNB Card Services as one of the best employers in the mid-size company category – those companies with more than 100 and less than 500 employees. The survey looked at 250 corporate nominees and required companies and their employees to fill out surveys that examined each organization's work environment, company culture, benefits, and uniqueness. "We have always realized that our best resource is our employees, and we make it a high priority to give them a good work environment," said John Reap, president and CEO of Town North Bank, parent company of TNB Card Services. "Our credit union clients are always praising our good service, and this recognition illustrates why; our employees are happy to be here, and it shows in the work they do."
