Charter Oak Federal Credit Union, Groton, Conn., has promotedPatricia Lima to vice president/chief administration officer.United Teletech Federal Credit Union, Tinton Falls, N.J., haselected the following officers to its board: Ruth Ann Kluin, chair;Cesar Carrero 1st vice chair; Michael Hou 2nd vice chair; FrankKudenchak treasurer; and Randall F. Weihs, secretary. In addition,United Teletech FCU has elected Ann C. Weingartner and Jack Kramerboard directors. Cross Valley Federal Credit Union, Wilkes-Barre,Pa., CEO Leonard V. Shimko has been elected president of theLuzerne County Community College Foundation board.
