HALES CORNER, Wis. – Corporate Central CU is joining the growing number of corporates offering their members business services. The $1.6 billion corporate has struck a deal with Business Lending Group located in Appleton, Wis., a CUSO owned by Fox Communities CU, CitizensFirst CU, Prospera CU and Pioneer CU. "The Business Lending Group provides expertise and credibility, offers a tested model with a cooperative approach to business lending, and will offer both implementation and oversight and ongoing management to this venture," said Corporate Central CU President/CEO Mark Schroeder. The CUSO currently manages a portfolio of $170 million in business loans outstanding. Schroeder said the Wisconsin CU League may be involved down the line in a support role.
