CHICAGO- As part of National Credit Union Youth Week, Alliant Credit Union employees welcomed 20 business students from local Maine East High School. Students were treated to a behind-the-scenes look at how a financial institution operates while learning about various career opportunities within credit unions. "We wanted to offer the students valuable financial information that will help them reach their goals in life," said Alliant CU President/CEO David Mooney. "But we also wanted to connect with the students on a personal level - inspiring them to stay focused on pursuing their career aspirations and providing a glimpse of the business world."
