DUBLIN, Calif. -Operating Engineers Local No. 3 Federal Credit Union has appointed Vice President of Operations Leon Lanfri President/CEO. With over 30 years of experience, Lanfri succeeds William Onesta, who retired at the end of 2003. Lanfri has been with the $700 million credit union since 1992 and as VP of Operations, he managed OEFCU's $223 million loan portfolio, including $102 million in real estate loans while overseeing the savings, human resources, communications, training, marketing and collections departments.
