DALLAS – TNB Card Services, the card issuing and service arm of the credit-union owned Town North Bank, has announced that three more credit unions have sold their credit card portfolios to TNB and entered into agent relationships going forward. The three credit unions are the $60 million Spirit of St. Louis Credit Union, headquartered in Kirkwood, Missouri; the $54 million North Alabama Educators Credit Union, headquartered in Huntsville, and the $22 million Southside Credit Union, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. According to NCUA data, the Spirit of St. Louis portfolio had roughly $3 million in outstanding loans as of December 2003. North Alabama's portfolio was valued at $2.8 million in September 2003 and Southside's was valued at $34,000.
