HOLLYWOOD, Calif. – Members of First Entertainment Credit Union now have access to free financial counseling through the BALANCE program. BALANCE is a comprehensive financial fitness program designed to help members manage their personal finances and plan for the future through consultations with certified financial experts. First Entertainment CU's 55,000 members will also have access to free and confidential services including InfoLine, Money Management Counseling, Debt Management Plan, and Credit Report Review. "Our members are entertainment industry professionals who have to be savvy about the way they handle their income because they often have to weather hiatuses, production slow-downs and other challenges that are a natural part of any show business career," said Charles Bruen, president/ CEO of $480 million First Entertainment CU. The credit union was founded in 1967 by Warner Bros. Studios employees.
