TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, N.J. – Paragon Federal Credit Union staffers are ready to "play ball" with a new business development incentive program. Developed by Upper Mont Clair, New Jersey-based marketing/PR firm Youngworth Communications, Inc., the program is a nine-inning baseball themed sales contest complete with a "How to be a Winner" handbook. All 160 staffers start with a clean slate and "personal glory" depends on spirit, fair play, lively action and good sportsmanship. "No benchwarmers are allowed" says the promotional material. "It not only increases sales, it also builds team players and uncovers hidden sales talent by getting every employee working together in the sales process," said Paragon FCU President/CEO Richard Rays. "Employees learn all of our services, while having the opportunity to win cash and merchandise prizes, not to mention have fun doing it."
