RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – Larry Wilson, CEO of Coastal FCU and Joe Brancucci, vp/chief lending officer of BECU and president/CEO of Prime Alliance solutions, have joined the board of Credit Union Direct Corp., expanding the number of board members to nine. Wilson and Brancucci join other CUDL Board members including: Henry Wirz, president/CEO, SAFE CU; Jim Jordan, president/CEO, Schools Financial CU; Barry Jolette, president/CEO, San Mateo CU; Terry Halleck, president/CEO, The Golden 1 CU; Marge McNaught, svp, lending & technology, Premier America CU; and Patsy Van Ouwerkerk, president/CEO, Travis CU. Until the newest board additions, the CUDL Board had seven members. But the company decided to add the two board seats to be able to include representatives from other regions of the country CUDL has expanded into. The CUDL program includes 2,591 dealerships and 283 participating CUs in 12 states.
