GulfWinds Federal Credit Union, Pensacola, Fla., has elected the following officers to its board: Fred Houston, chairman; R.L. Owsald, Sr., 1st vice chairman; Gerald Eady, 2nd vice chairman; Jack Williams, treasurer; and Nelson Whaley, secretary.
