Prior to joining SWBC, Horne co-founded and served as chief operations officer for Orbis Online, a technology services company, over the past four years. A graduate of the University of West Florida, Horne has over 20 years experience in organizational development, human resources management, support services, and administration. SWBC provides financial solutions to more than 1,200 financial institutions and clients across the nation.
