KENTWOOD, Mich. – CU*Answers, the core processing CUSO formerly known as WESCO, is planning on holding its first productivity roundtable April 26-27 at Harvey's Resort at Lake Tahoe, Nev. According to CU*Answers President/CEO Randy Karnes, the event is designed to encourage a dialogue between credit union leaders around the concepts related to productivity analysis for driving credit union innovation. Discussions will focus on how senior management look at productivity measurements, understanding through-put, the tactics to measure through-put, and what changes can be made to maximize credit union innovation. Among the discussion topics will be: Introduction to Through-Put Concepts: How They Drive Innovation; Staying Out of the Weeds: Using Productivity as a Compass for Big Gains; Communicating Productivity to Team Leaders: Motivating Teams; and Building Tools: Member Value Network Projects. Space at the two-day even is limited to 12 seats, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
