SALT LAKE CITY – In the first organization shakeup following theappointment of a new CEO in December, the Utah League of CreditUnions confirmed Brooke Moea'i, senior vice president of dues, hasresigned. “It was a reduction in force as we have had arestructuring at one level of management,” explained Lynne Kuehne,executive vice president, in noting Moea'i's departure inmid-January. While overseeing dues and service operations, at onetime Moea'i also was part of the lobbying team in the state capitolfending off banker attacks. She held the same title as senior vicepresident as Scott Simpson, who was named league president and CEOon Dec. 18. Simpson, former executive director of the GOP in Utah,had been senior vice president of government relations for theLeague and took over the top staffing job succeeding Scott G. Earl,who resigned Nov. 30.
