Jack Henry has acquired Yellow Hammer, a provider of asuite of fraud prevention software. Yellow Hammer's flagishopproduct is FraudDetective, which will be available to all JackHenry financials immediately. Yellow Hammer, located in the greaterBirmingham, Alabama area, employs 10 people. They will beintegrated with a Jack Henry office in Birmingham that employs 80.“Yellow Hammer will continue to operate as a wholly-ownedsubsidiary and will market products and services to both our bankand credit union segments,” said Jack Prim, president of JackHenry. -
