SAN JOSE, Calif. – Technology Credit Union has partnered with SMARTMOVET, a Prudential California Realty Program to offer real estate services and cash rebates to members who buy or sell their home through the program. The cash rebates range from $100 to $5,000 depending on the sales price of the home and are offered to both sellers and buyers. Technology CU currently provides first mortgages for primary residences, second homes, single and multi-unit investment property loans, and construction loans. All these loans are eligible for SMARTMOVE real estate assistance and the cash rebates. Technology CU has more than $1 billion in assets and more than 75,573 members.
