MCLEAN, Va. - Electronic bill pay and Net banking provider Online Resources Corp. has formed a partnership agreement with core banking software provider Kirchman Corporation. Under the deal Kirchman will sell ORCC's suite of Quotien products to its 1,000-plus bank clients. The companies claim the interface between the two systems is the first of its kind. It brings Kirchman's core banking software solution, Kirchman Bankway, together with ORCC's products using IBM Websphere MQ technology.
