OAKLAND, Md. – The latest drive-thru here will be a WEPCO Federal Credit Union branch. Located between a McDonald's and Garrett Memorial Hospital the facility will only provide drive-up services and is designed to improve traffic at its full service Garrett Highway branch in Oakland. Construction is slated to begin in spring and the facility will include four drive-up lanes, which will be able to stack up to 25 vehicles.
