HARRISBURG, Pa. – In what it describes as "an effort to streamline the organization and to better prepare it to meet future challenges," the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association has restructured its senior staff. Named to the Executive Management Team are: Jim McCormack, president/CEO; Bob Hinchey, executive vice president, fee services; Rick Wargo, svp/general counsel; Mike Wishnow, svp, communications & marketing; and Kati Shoop, vp, HR/corporate relations. PCUA's senior management team will include the executive management team, as well as: David Dunn, vp, member business services; Terri Fetsko, vp, administration/controller; Jan Hartman, vp, governmental affairs; John Kilduff, vp, credit union services; Corinne Sherman, vp, card services; Jinny Cosgriff, avp, education & professional development; and Rick Myxter, avp, credit union planning & development. McCormack said the streamlined organization is intended to improve efficiencies and enhance services to affiliated credit unions. Wishnow said the latest announcement is part of the association-wide changes PCUA has been making since last year that began with the creation of streamlined board that was approved by the membership at the 2003 annual meeting of the Pennsylvania Credit Union League, as PCUA was known then before it changed its name. "The first changes involved streamlining the governance at the board level, and that allowed us to take a look internally to see what further changes we can make to enhance the organization," said Wishnow. PCUA said it plans to make additional staff realignment in the future as part of an organization-wide retooling plan. Those additional changes will be below the senior management level, said Wishnow. -
