NYSCUL President/CEO William Mellin said the information gathered through Project Zip Code “is already helping our lobbying efforts at both state and national levels.” Since “we all know that nothing is more valuable to our legislators than their constituents,” Mellin described Project Zip Code as “grassroots lobbying at its best.”
