NORTHVILLE TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The Michigan Credit Union League's wholly-owned subsidiary, CUcorp has partnered with Sprint to provide credit union members wireless phone services at a discounted rate. Under the agreement that will be administered by Images and Ink, a division of CUcorp, credit union members throughout the U.S. will get at least a 5% discount on all monthly recurring charges including service rate plans and features. They'll also get to keep their existing phone numbers when they switch their services to Sprint. The nationwide discount program kicked off Dec. 17 in Michigan. CU members in the state that signed up for service between Dec. 17 and Dec. 19 also had their activation fee waived. Members who signed up after Dec. 19 still earn the 5% discount on monthly recurring charges, but have to pay the activation fee.
