University Federal Credit Union, Austin, Texas has named Robert Miller senior manager of information technology. Texas Bay Area Credit Union, Pasadena, President/CEO Royce Phares has announced he will be retiring after 19 years of service on December 31,2003. Texas Bay Area CU has appointed Jesse Gutierrez to succeed Phares as president/CEO. Security Service Federal Credit Union, San Antonio, has named Evi Hancock IH35/3009 service center manager and Henry Ibarra Bandera/410 service center manager. Texas Dow Employees Credit Union, Lake Jackson, has named Kathy Crim director of member education and business development.
