Community Federal Credit Union, Plymouth, Mich., will now be known as Community Financial with a new tagline "Thinking Forward. Banking Right." HLR Federal Credit Union, Belvidere, N.J., has changed its name to Proponent Federal Credit Union. MidState Credit Union, Inc., Columbus, Ohio, has changed its name to MidState Educators Credit Union, Inc.
