TROY, Mich.- Credit union data processors continue to answer thecall from credit unions for more efficient member servicecapabilities. GalaxyPlus, a Fiserv data processing subsidiarysubsidiary, has introduced Member Relationship Plus, a turnkey callcenter system for credit unions that tracks issues of members andnon-members faster and more accurately, according to the company.It allows credit union staff to complete an electronic ticket foreach call or visit received, which can then be assigned to aparticular employee or department for resolution, searched byvarious fields, or used to generate reports. Optional featuresinclude a knowledge base, which allows credit unions to keep adatabase of procedures, processes and other information needed toanswer questions quickly and correctly. It also offers screen popsthat allow representatives to know which member is calling and whattheir last call was about before picking up the phone.
