Available in five CD-ROM disks,the relationship sales training program provides an overview of theselling process with specific lessons in building rapport,questioning, providing solutions, gaining commitment and handlingobjections. Each lesson features instruction and examples thatengage participants allowing them to transform knowledge intoaction. "With the ever increasing fast-paced environment, as wellas limitations on time and travel, the CD allows for a veryinexpensive but yet effective way to educate, train, and teststaffers on various skills. In addition, the training programallows for continued referencing and refining of skills while beingable to measure ones strengths and weaknesses," said AlliedSolutionsSales/Retail Products President Pete Hilger.
