TULSA, Okla. – In a proactive move taken to “help secure astrong future for the League,” the Oklahoma Credit Union LeagueBoard of Directors approved a succession plan naming Lisa Finley asexecutive vice president and successor to League President/CEO BobBianchini. Bianchini has been League president since 1994 and hasannounced his plans to retire in 2005. Finley has been with theLeague since 1998. She was hired at the beginning of the H.R. 1151legislative battle to head up OCUL's communications andgovernmental affairs department. Since then she has served as SVPand Chief Operating Officer, supervising governmental affairs,communications, administration, the Credit Union DevelopmentDivision, and the League Services Corp. In addition to theseresponsibilities, Finley will also oversee the management of allother areas of the League operations, including the financial andhuman resources departments. Michael Kloiber, president/CEO, TinkerFCU, Oklahoma City, and League chairman said the succession plan“will give Bob the opportunity to work with Lisa and prepare herfor taking the reigns of the organization.”
