WALLKILL, N.Y. – Hudson Heritage Federal Credit Union is already creating a buzz among residents here just by breaking ground on its new facility. Scheduled for completion in December 2004, the future 46,000-square-feet facility will offer full-service banking, including financial planning, loans and mortgage services – and most importantly jobs. According to Town of Wallkill Supervisor John Ward, attracting new business to the area has been the town's long-term goal and the credit union branch is part of an extensive office development effort. Hudson Heritage FCU Vice President of Sales/Marketing David Schempp hopes the branch will help the credit union pick up members and serve the area of the industrial park.
