SEATTLE – Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union has acquired Teamsters' Credit Union, which has $11 million in assets and 3,100 members. The move will make the Teamsters' CU branch SMCU's sixth. A seventh branch is scheduled to open in the new City Hall building this fall. SMCU has $370 million in assets and 35,000 members.
