CALABASAS, Calif. – Roni Wilhelm, a member at Safeway Northwest CU, won't be paying any bills for two months, thanks to Digital Insight. Wilhelm won DI's “Live Free for 60 Days” online bill payment sweepstakes. The sweepstakes is part of DI's Growth and Retention Program. Digital Insight provided its clients free print-ready marketing materials to promote the sweepstakes. Its retention program also includes other user promotions and employee incentive programs. Safeway Northwest CU said DI's Growth and Retention Program is helping boost online product usage. “Since implementing their campaigns last October, we've grown our active Internet banking users by 41% and our online bill pay users by 87%,” said Lesley Carrell, VP of marketing for the CU. The sweepstakes was especially timely for Wilhelm who has two children staring college this year. Members were entered into the sweepstakes by using the CU's DI online products.
