EL PASO, Texas – Fort Bliss Federal Credit Union welcome Fran Mosher as senior vice president for human resources. Mosher brings to the credit union more than 20 years professional human resources experience including serving as State Legislative Director for New Mexico. She has also been actively involved in lobbying efforts on the national and state level. In addition, Mosher has taught at New Mexico Junior College, presented seminars at College of the Southwest and conducted numerous workshops for organizations and employers on HR related issues.
