ALTANTA – The $1 billion SEFCU, Albany, N.Y. has selected Harland Financial Solutions' ULTRADATA as its new core processing system. In addition to the ULTRADATA core system, the credit union has chosen to also acquire Harland Financial Solutions' integrated product line, including: the Financial Services Platform for teller, member service, automated loan processing, collections, accounting, and back office functionality; the Touche Customer Relationship Management solution for enhancing member sales & service; the Business Intelligence suite for financial, transaction and loan risk analysis; the Ultra-Voice system for telephone banking, the On-line Card Solutions suite for POS and debit /ATM card processing; OnBase for document management; and Laser Pro for business loan origination. The credit union will also be expanding its usage of Harland Financial Solutions' INTERLINQ suite of mortgage solutions to include origination, production and servicing.
