Central Florida Educators’ Federal Credit Union, Orlando, has named, Pine Hills Assistant Vice President Cathy Williams-Steward the Distinguished Manager of the first Quarter for 2003. Williams-Steward has been with the credit union since 1989 and has been instrumental in improving the operational processes and member service within the branch. Managers selected for this honor are cited for outstanding performance, teamwork and service to the credit union and its members. Virginia Credit Union, Richmond, Assistant Vice President of Security Brenda K. Shadle has been awarded the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
