In addition the following have been elected directors: Gavin Cochran, Keith Powell, Lois Profili, and Jon Rhodes. ENCORE ESC subsidiary ENCORE Branch Services Corporation has elected the following officers to its board: Robert McClosky, chairman; Robert Hess, vice chairman; Lindsay Alexander, secretary; and Thomas Reed, treasurer. In addition the following have been elected EBSC directors: Douglas Allman, Larry Buel, Timothy Elmore, Miriam Lieb and Brenda Turner.
